Privacy Policy
This policy explains how RoadTower inc. handles information collected through this pre-launch website, including waitlist and founding partner requests. It does not describe a live roadside service, customer account, or payment service.
Who we are
Road Tower is operated by RoadTower inc., a Wisconsin corporation (Wisconsin Entity ID R100275). In this policy, “we” and “our” mean RoadTower inc. Contact us about privacy, access, corrections, deletion, or leaving the waitlist at admin@roadtowerplatform.com.
What this preview site does
This site accepts waitlist and founding partner requests. We collect your email for the waitlist, and company name, contact name, email, phone, state and fleet size for partner requests. Requests are stored in Google Firebase Firestore and emailed to our team through Google Workspace so we can contact you about launch or partnership opportunities. These forms do not create an account or place a service order. We also use short-lived, hashed email identifiers to limit abusive submissions. Firebase Analytics may collect usage data as described below.
How we use and share information
We use form information to maintain the waitlist, send the requested launch notification, respond to partnership inquiries, and prevent abuse. Google provides our Firebase database and form processing services and Google Workspace email; Cloudflare processes website requests for delivery, security, and approximate-country detection. These providers process information to provide their services. Website requests may expose IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser or device information to our hosting and security providers. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the website and legal rights. This website does not collect payment details, identity verification documents, or precise service locations through its forms.
Retention and storage
Waitlist and partner requests are stored in our Firebase database and copied to our team mailbox. These records are kept until manually removed; there is currently no automatic expiry for submissions or their email copies. Contact us to request removal or to leave the waitlist. We may retain information needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, or record a request not to contact you. Abuse-prevention counters are marked for expiry after two days; expiry does not guarantee immediate deletion. Our form backend is configured in the United States, and service providers may process information in other countries.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Firebase Analytics to measure visits and successful waitlist and partner submissions. Waitlist events include their placement on the page; form fields are not sent as analytics event parameters. Analytics may set cookies and process usage data. We use a same-site Cloudflare request to determine your approximate country from your IP address before starting analytics. Under our current regional policy, analytics starts without an automatic consent dialog in the United States unless you have previously rejected it. In other countries, or if the country cannot be determined, limited visit and form submission measurements are sent to Google without analytics cookies before you choose. Accepting enables analytics cookies; rejecting stops further analytics requests without reloading the page. These initial measurements may include page details, browser information and approximate location; they are not a reliable count of unique visitors. A refusal cannot undo measurements already sent. You can always disable it through Cookie settings in the footer. Advertising features are disabled.
Your choices
We also save a submission-status flag in your browser’s local storage so the form can remember that you have submitted a request. It contains no form fields and remains until you clear this site’s browser data. We use the self-hosted CookieConsent manager to save your choice in the road_tower_consent cookie for 182 days. You can accept, reject, or change your analytics preference at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops collection, removes Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*), without reloading the page. Clearing this site’s browser data resets your choice. You can also use your browser settings to block or clear analytics cookies. You can contact admin@roadtowerplatform.com to ask us to remove your waitlist or partner request from our records. Submitting a request does not require accepting analytics.
Browser privacy signals and third parties
This website does not currently change its analytics behavior in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Use Cookie settings to disable analytics. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are different mechanisms; this description does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Google may process information about your use of this site through its analytics service, and may process information from other sites that use its services. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your requests
Email admin@roadtowerplatform.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information, or to stop launch or partnership communications. Tell us which email address you used; we may ask for information needed to verify the request. Applicable law may give you additional rights. Analytics choices are separate from form submissions, and accepting analytics is not required to submit either form.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. For material changes affecting information already collected, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by applicable law. We will update the policy before introducing accounts, service orders, payments, or materially different data collection.
